1. If Find My iPhone option is turned on:
Device (running iOS 11.4 and above) data will be erased.
Device (running iOS 12 to iOS 11.3) data will never be lost. Device (running iOS 10.2 below) data will be erased.

Part 1. Unlock Apple ID With Find My iPhone Option Disabled (All iOS Versions Are Supported to Unlock).
Step 1. Download AnyUnlock - iPhone Password Unlocker on Your Computer.
Before you start unlocking Apple ID, get the tool downloaded on your computer. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading and installing AnyUnlock on your computer.
Step 2. Choose “Unlock Apple ID” Mode.
When the installing process is completed, please launch app on your computer and choose “Unlock Apple ID” mode.

After choosing “Unlock Apple ID” mode, the following interface will be displayed. Then, please choose “Start Now” button.

Step 3. Connect Your iOS Device to Computer with a USB Cable.
Please connect your iOS device to the computer via a USB cable, unlock the iOS device screen, and select "Trust" from your iPhone screen if you have not trusted the computer in the past.

If AnyUnlock is unable to to detect your iOS device, you can try to fix this issue by following troubleshooting steps:
① Please download the latest version of AnyUnlock.
② Check whether your USB cable is loose. If it is, please reconnect it. If USB cable is broken, please give new one a try.
③ Reinstall iTunes.
④ If problem persists, please contact our Support Team for further diagnosis.

Step 4. Select “Unlock Now” Option.
When your device is detected successfully, please select “Unlock Now” option.

Step 5. Succeed in Unlocking Apple ID.
After selecting the option, AnyUnlock will start to unlock Apple ID automatically. Please keep your device connected to computer via the USB cable during the unlocking process.

Part 2. Unlock Apple ID with Find My iPhone Enabled (Below iOS 11.4 Are Supported).
Step 1. Download AnyUnlock - iPhone Password Unlocker on Your Computer.
Before you start unlocking Apple ID, get the tool downloaded on your computer. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading and installing AnyUnlock on your computer.

When the installing process is completed, please launch AnyUnlock on your computer and choose “Unlock Apple ID” mode.

Step 5. Reset All Settings on Your iOS Device.
If Find My iPhone is enabled on your iOS device, you will need to reset all settings on the device before AnyUnlock can remove Apple ID. To reset all settings, please go to Settings > General > Reset All Settings on your device. After you resetting all settings, your iOS device will restart. And it may take some time to restart, please keep patient.

Step 6. Succeed in Removing Apple ID.
After the device restarts, AnyUnlock will start the removing Apple ID process automatically. And it may take some time to make it. So please just keep patient.

Then, the Apple ID will be unlocked from your device completely, and you can click “Done” button to go back to the previous interface.

Part 3. Unlock Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication Enabled (iOS 11.4 and above are supported).
Step 1. Download AnyUnlock - iPhone Password Unlocker on Your Computer.
Before you start unlocking Apple ID, get the tool downloaded on your computer. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading and installing AnyUnlock on your computer.
Step 2. Choose “Unlock Apple ID” Mode.
When the installing process is completed, please launch AnyUnlock on your computer and choose “Unlock Apple ID” mode.

After choosing “Unlock Apple ID” mode, the following interface will be displayed. Then, please choose “Start Now” button.

1. Unlock Apple ID may remove your device data. Given the importance of your data, we highly recommend you to Back up Device Data before launching further operation. If you have no idea how to do it, welcome to give the Free Function a try.
2. If your device is in the status of activation lock, Bypass iCloud Activation Lock function can help to bypass the iCloud activation lock.

Step 4. Select “Unlock Now” Option.

Before you start the Apple ID unlocking process, please make sure the screen passcode and the Two-Factor authentication are turned on, or your device will be locked by the activation lock. If so, please click “Continue” button. If not, please follow the instructions on the software page to set it up at first.

Then, please click “Confirmed” button to start the Apple ID unlocking process.

Step 5. Download the Matched Firmware.
Then, AnyUnlock will automatically detect your device model. Please choose the firmware version provided and then click “Download” button.

Step 6. Succeed in Downloading Firmware.
After click “Download” button, the downloading process will start automatically. And it may take some time to download the firmware package, so please keep patient. At the same time, please make sure Internet connection is stable and there is sufficient storage.

Step 7. Select “Unlock Now” Option Again to Start Unlocking Apple ID.
After the firmware package downloading was completely, please select “Unlock Now” option again.

Step 8. Succeed in Unlocking Apple ID.
After selecting the option, AnyUnlock will start to unlock Apple ID automatically. Please keep your device connected to computer via the USB cable during the unlocking process.
